Review monthly and yearly estimates with each currency kept separate. This makes recurring costs easier to compare without treating different currencies as one total.
The current SubTrac rebuild makes subscription dates and recurring costs understandable without requiring an account. It is a new implementation prepared for the existing store listing.
A monthly subscription is not simply a fixed number of days. The recurrence logic keeps the original calendar anchor and adjusts individual occurrences when a month is shorter. Trials use their first paid date, and custom cycles feed the same renewal list and calendar. Monthly and yearly figures are estimates for comparison, rather than promises about the next bank statement.
Native builds store records in SQLite. Personal records and the optional demonstration workspace are separate, and demo subscriptions do not create reminders. Versioned JSON backups can be exported; imports validate every entry before asking to replace the current workspace. Recovery keeps a previous validated snapshot available.
Amounts use integer minor units and the right precision for INR, USD, EUR, GBP, JPY and KWD. Totals stay separate by currency, with no automatic exchange conversion. Local reminders are planned around renewals and depend on device permission and delivery behaviour. Archiving or deleting a record changes the tracker; it does not cancel the subscription itself.
